Hello everyone. So as I’ve said on the comments, I need to take a break of the Record Club for a bit. I’m guessing it will be about a fortnight, but I’ll let you know with another article when we’re starting again.

However, I thought I might as well use this gap as an opportunity for the rest of you to pick the artists we cover next. We still have U2 and Arcade Fire as our next groups, and acts with smaller discographies like Kendrick Lamar and Velvet Underground will come at some point after those. But I like to be ahead of schedule for knowing the artists, so we might as well do another one of these votes!

Rules again: One artist per comment, but you are allowed to post multiple comments. Up vote the artists you want to cover next. The highest few will be selected.

I don’t want to set any specific criteria for this vote – you can place whoever you want – but so as to get some variety on who we tackle I suggest picking Rap and/or Metal artists. Again though, this isn’t only limited to that.

Voting will close when I write the article informing of my official return.
