Christmas really is muscling in where it shouldn’t be, why now for the original Grinch 4K? At least the Addams Family Values 4K has been appropriately placed as a spooky season-Thanksgiving buffer. The rest of the week is an eclectic bunch, including Sam Raimi at his most ruthless, a large-scale reconstruction and restoration of Caligula, a 4K of Zodiac that frustratingly doesn’t upgrade the director’s cut, an early showcase of the unbeatable combo of Christopher Doyle and Tony Leung, a Rachel Sennott movie I know about because apparently it ends by playing “I Know the End” in its entirety, and a movie where your sister is a werewolf.
