In the words of Michael Mann, I don’t need to sell this shit, ‘cuz this shit sells itself. This series is one of the monuments of American popular culture and it’s at least 50% quality entertainment. If you’ve been looking for something to set against the contemporary onslaught of dark and gritty superhero movies, here it is. Set your DVRs, get your taco fixin’s, and live long and prosper.
