This week takes all kinds: Secret Service agents, melancholy Texans, lovestruck Parisians, hopeless dweebs, evil trucks, annoying pipsqueak athletes, former Secretaries of Defense, and even Chris O’Donnell as Ernest Hemingway. It also sees the much-needed Blu-Ray debut of Blue Steel, Kathryn Bigelow’s knotty and nasty police thriller/slasher movie that’s one of many movies it’s nice of think of as the real reason Jamie Lee Curtis won that Oscar.
