This week brings 4Ks for Nicolas Roeg, Kevin Conroy’s Batman, Morgan Freeman’s Alex Cross, a toilet monster, and the Shrek movie where “donkey doesnt even sound like eddie murphy”. There’s also Air, which I enjoyed myself watching even as I knew it was corporate horseshit with the stupidest soundtrack of the year, and with distance all that remains is the horseshit and what Ben Affleck did to “Born in the USA”. But maybe if I saw Chris Messina screaming obscenities into a phone again, I’d get back on-board.
